Last time when I was younger ... I'll put 1-2 teapsoons and then add hot water .. then drink it as a beverage .. very nice ..

I refused to touch any non-traditional soy product coz they have a tendancy to taste really awful

I had to do a taste test of this vegetarian pasta product where the meat is really some soy textured product. It doesn't taste bad but it just feels weird.

I do like my tofu. Well made tofu is really delicious

some fella just wrote an email asking the various agencies if they wanted to "participate" in something on 30 Nov...

it's a sunday.. i don't want to work bloody 4 weekends in a row..

chances are, the maniac we have for a boss will tell them yes because she's a whackjob...

oh well.. nevermind.. have to just let it go..

in other news, a bunch of PRC people were fishing at the canal outside my office... using things like fried chicken and taiwan sausage as bait.. they caught a few fish

I do like my tofu. Well made tofu is really delicious

actually it's not too bad - think they mash it up with some veg, peas, lentils etc to make the patty. had it a coupla times in an organic restaurant.

also tried garbanzo bean patty - this one is much much better.

you ever explain to people that something is a bad idea, that it shouldn't be done, and all the technology available will not help solve problems brought about by human error, and they go ahead and do it anyway, and then keep asking you why there are so many problems???
